So sorry to hear of the passing of Frankie. On advice from my Dad Sam Carson (RIP) “No better man than Frankie Heggarty”. I got Frankie a ‘wee job’ laying out the site and advising us on the building of our house 12 years ago on the Bregagh Road. I have many fond memories of Frankie during that time and I will be forever grateful for his hard work and kindness. A true wee gentleman. Thinking of you all.

My sincere condolences to all the family – one of life’s gentlemen. Many a day’s crack I had with this man on the golf course and still using the Macgregor 5 wood you gave me Frank, I might just give it a wee clean in your memory. RIP.

To Michael and all the family; sorry to hear about the passing of your dad Frankie, he will be greatly missed, missed already going through Bushside and him not there at the window.

I am so sorry to hear of Frank’s death. My deepest sympathy to Michael and the whole family circle. I decided to do a self-build house in 2021; a friend gave me a slip of paper with the name “Frank Heggarty” on it, & said, “contact that man”. Frank was by my side throughout the whole build. I quickly came to appreciate more than I can say his wisdom, knowledge, guidance and advice; to rely on his wealth of experience, his helpful but never condescending manner; to enjoy hearing of his love for his family, for clay pigeon shooting, golf and his wee cat Murphy; to recognise him as a true gentleman, one whom I was privileged to call a friend. My God comfort you all in this sad loss.
